Service Delivery Policy
- Processing Time: The online electronic processing service can take from 10 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the processing speed chosen by the client. It is important to take this estimated time into account when requesting the service.
- Receipt of the QR Travel Document: Once the processing is completed, the customer will receive the requested travel document by e-mail. This marks the end of the processing service and the beginning of the document receipt service.
- The document safekeeping and duplicate management service comes into effect immediately after the customer receives the travel document. It has a maximum duration of 60 days, during which the company guarantees the integrity and security of the document.
- After 60 days, the company reserves the right to delete the data associated with the service, unless the customer requests an extension.
- Customer Responsibility: The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of his/her travel document once received. Any loss, misplacement or damage will be the sole responsibility of the client, unless covered by the document safekeeping service offered by the company.
- Contact and Support: For any question, doubt or request related to the electronic processing service, document receipt or duplicate management, customers can contact contact our customer service team through the available communication channels.
Intellectual property rights
This domain and its subdomains are owned and registered by the Merchant of Record indicated in these Terms and Conditions. Its use is not permitted for products or services other than those offered here, avoiding confusion or discrediting of the company.
